This photo shows me just what I was looking for, as do a couple others on your blog. I just fell into the pleasure of driving two draft mules to a wagon. The double tree will hit them in the chin on our rough roads and I knew that this wasn't right but couldn't remember just what didn't look right. I have spent some time adjusting things a little at a time cuz it has worked well enough for years but the mules were about runaways. Love the blog and thanks for the good photos!
